  • Advance Payment protection

    Your payment is held by Nilamit until you confirm the item arrived as described. If something goes wrong, raise a dispute and we mediate.

  • Account Verification

    Every user on Nilamit must verify their email address. We use a reputation-based trust model to ensure only serious bidders and sellers interact.

  • Deal Conversations

    All buyer-seller communication happens inside the platform after the advance payment is made. Off-platform contact is a red flag — keep it on Nilamit.

  • Fair dispute resolution

    If a delivery is delayed past 72 hours or the item doesn't match its description, our moderators step in within one business day.
